Hey guys, sorry to be a pain, but I have another toy I cannot find in the database, and I cannot seem to list.

I recently picked up a Armada Airazor with Nightscream that conains a Transformers Universe CD-ROM and a comic.

I searched through the lists (North American and European) and could not find it anywhere, and also searched all Airazors to no avail.

I have attempeted to try add this myself, but I do not know how to add a new variant apart from VHS Packs (this is obviously not one) so I feel kinda stuck...It is a basci package, no Unicron Battles on it anywhere, so I assume just an ordinary Supercon.

As for other details they are as follows:

UPC 5023117700217
I then have a set on numbers that are as follows: 100380787 186/80702Asst (I assume the last number after the slash is the assortment number for the toy).
Contents are Airazor, Nightscream minicon, comic, instructions and Transformers Universe CD-ROM (which, incidentally, the video does not work on Windows Vista, must need an old driver I'm guessing).

If someone could explain how to add this that would be great guys...sorry to be a pain!

Ah, that's a European UPC (EAN). Our European records are a bit on the sparse side. Guess who just volunteered to flesh them out! I see we're missing some categories from the toyline tree--I've added a "Super-Con" category to Europe > Armada, so you should be able to add that guy, no problem. And if you want to do a little research and add other European Armada toys that we're missing, there's nothing I can do to stop you! Thanks much, Yamerias!

Can you also please add the following branches to the Toyline tree please...

Europe>First Movie (2007)>DVD
Europe>ROTF>Deluxe
Europe>ROTF>Fast Action Battlers
Europe>ROTF>Voyager
Europe>ROTF>Legend
Europe>ROTF>Leader
Europe>ROTF>DVD
Europe>Animated>Leader
Europe>Animated>Deluxe
Europe>Animated>Leader
Europe>Animated>Battle Pack
Europe>Crossover>Marvel
Europe>Crossover>Star Wars

Sorry for asking for a huge load to be added, but want to help the best I can :cD

Do I assume that if the barcode starts with a 5 the code is an EAN and not UPC?  Sorry if that is a silly question dude...

It is done!

When in doubt on a bar code, you can look it up here:

http://www.upcdatabase.com/itemform.asp

It may not find it, but it will at least know if it's a EAN or UPC.

Thanks so much, Yamerias, we've been looking for a UK denizen forever to help flesh this stuff out.

I don't have much stuff still in boxes, but will make a point of keeping all details for database in future, if I can help I'm more than glad to be of service...

Oh, and speaking of which just about to send you a DM, something that may be of interest :cD

While it's true I'd kill for front and back shots of some of that stuff still packaged, the more pressing concern are all the gaps in the database! There may be other folks who DO have these sealed, but are unaware that we need photos of them because they don't show up in the "Missing Info" list. So, we're happy for whatever you can provide!

sorry to be a pain can you add stores Asda, HMV and Sainsbury's to you exclusives list please?

I have ROTF Voyager Ramjet Exlcusive from Sainsbury's, 2 (Soon to be 3) DVD cases that transform from HMV and Universe Warriors From Three Worlds exclusive from Sainsbury's.

Can you also add following branches:

Euro>ROTF>Scout
Euro>ROTF>Exclusives>HMV
Euro>ROTF>Exclusives>Asda
Euro>First Movie (2007)>Exclusives>HMV
Euro>First Movie (2007)>AllSpark Battles (or would these come under legend class models?)
Euro>Universe>Exclusive>Sainsbury's
Euro>Universe>Exclusive>Asda
Euro>Universe>Legend

Also, Under what heading would the Universe 25th Anniversary Optimus Prime be under?

Sorry for asking so many questions!

yamerias -

Euro>ROTF>Scout should already be there.

Just added:
Euro>ROTF>Exclusives>HMV
Euro>ROTF>Exclusives>Asda

Euro>First Movie (2007)>Exclusives>HMV should sorta be there already (just use the all-encompassing Exclusives subcategory)...same with the Universe (2008) things.  Remember to select the correct store when you're listing the packages.

Euro>First Movie (2007)>AllSpark Battles - are these the two packs similar to what we got in the States?

Prime would fall under the G1 series (which was just created, along with Universe (2008) Legend, Deluxe, Voyager, and Ultra).

Yes, as far as I can see the AllSpark Battles were just recolors of Legend models.

Just checked, and there is no Scout listing in Euro>ROTF sorry to be a pain.

OK, I have a bit of puzzle on my hands....

As far as I was aware, ROTF Voyager "Burning" The Fallen was an exclusive to Target stores in the US, and a version was made for Japan with clear orange plastic (which is one of the next models I am after).

I bought what I thought was a Target exclusive version, and it arrived today and I have found it has an EAN on it and the packing is for Europe!

I am of course just about to add the details I have for the database...but I had no idea it had been released over here, is anyone here able to help shed some light on this?

You know, the thing that troubles me about all this is that all you UK members have been happily adding the North American versions of toys to your collections, when really you likely have the European items. Once we get the database fully fleshed out I'll probably have to work out some way to interactively convert them over to the proper records. One more challenge to lose sleep over. As for this particular toy, it sounds like you have all the information you need to add it to the database. Did you buy it from eBay? I'm curious to know if it was exclusive to a particular store over there, as well...

Nope from some guy who had it on Amazon...I have added model details and they have been accepted and I am just about to change my models so they are European barring ones I bought loose as I'm not sure.

I am asking a few collector buddies if they know anything, will let you know...

Bit of an update...nobody seems to know for certain where this has come from, although some have said they have seen it sold through Forbidden Planet stores!

I have dropped an email to Hasbro UK, with any luck they should give me details on this variant.

Oh, sorry to be a pain can you please add Euro>Armarda>Roleplay I have just acquired Laserbeak :cD
