Okay, I KNOW this is the wrong place to post this question, but I'm not sure where it will get more attention than in the sales forum.

If I painstakingly sift through my (according to the db, OVER 1400!!! PIECE) collection and carefully enter info as accurately as I can....  And then later I SELL OFF SOMETHING...

What's the best way to mark the change?  Do I just unceremoniously delete the items from my collection db?  Or is there a preferred, handy-dandy tool for erecting a statue in the Hall Of Dead Heroes or suchlike?

I mean, it's not like I was all that attached to the extra Special Edition Drag Strip I bought for my brother, that he didn't want.  But I felt a plasticrack-hoarding twinge of regret as I let go of my 3rd Movie-series Fracture.

...And, I don't want to give up my #15 rank if I don't have to

You have to learn to let go, DeeJay. Your beloved Drag Strip is in a better place, now--probably duct-taped to half of a G.I.Joe doll and hanging from the telephone wires, if your little brother is typical. Are you asking if we have some kind of checkbox that means "I don't currently own this, but I used to!", then no, nothing like that. It just wouldn't gibe with our systems, which are all whirring away trying to appraise, count photos, missing forms, and so on. In our little ecosphere here, the most natural next step for you would be to remove the toy from your collection data, and have your brother register an account and add it to his. :)
