[wrap=left:l5xjuq59][/wrap:l5xjuq59]Ever wonder how many Skywarps there are? Well, according to our database the number climbs to 32 with the addition of this new entry from the Revenge of the Fallen line. Hellscream recently finished off the work-up for this toy by submitting the last of its package, figure, and part photos, with data entry by Engledogg and Knightsword.

Exclusive to Wal-Mart, this Revenge of the Fallen Skywarp is a voyager class figure. Interestingly, although the mold used to make this toy only dates back to 2007's Movie line of toys, it's already spawned quite a large number of offspring. Skywarp's cousins include Ramjet from the 2009 movie line, and Starscream, Deep Space Starscream, G1 deco Starscream, Starscream (Vardia Red), and Thundercracker from the 2007 movie line. But I'm sure this is the last we'll see of this mold! I mean c'mon, they wouldn't push it on us again, would they?

Sooooo wishing I'd kept my G1 redeco and bought Thundercracker. I didn't know they were gonna come out with a Skywarp and he does look pretty sweet. Surprised they made one since they just made Skywarp for the Animated voyager mold.

s'ok though, I really love the new mold more, I just kept the old one because it's Starscream, but seeing them side by side I really prefer the new one. Especially the alt mode which is a thing of beauty.

Ah, now I have an excuse to post these...

And this reminds me that I need to finish customizing SS here with some Repro Faction labels.

Dunno. I know back-of-box pics are on the net as of a few days ago so I imagine it'll be within the next six months. I'm not terribly concerned about it as I purchased the JP version long ago.

"Repaint when the target demographic isn't looking."

Never underestimate the £$£$£$ attraction of rinsing out another variant of a mold, huh?
