Thanks for the update, Squallte! It'll be interesting to see if the fans warm up to some of these Devastator toys. As I understand it a lot of folks are complaining about the fact that the individual components don't transform into robots. But hey, back when I was a kid I remember having a ball with construction vehicle toys that didn't transform, and didn't even combine without the aid of large amounts of duct tape. Actually the most fun I seem to remember having with them was burying them in the backyard. So keep that in mind, you fickle fans! If nothing else, this new Devastator toy should bury-up real well! And hey, got firecrackers? Forgeddaboutit!

By the way, do any of you know enough about this toy to enter it into the Shmax Database? What class is it? What parts are in it? How many firecrackers would you need to send it into the backyard of the house two doors down?

I just created the package listing for it.  I know the names of the individual components, but should those components be classified as figures or accessories?  I created them as figures in that they have names, transform (into a limb/body part), and aren't as simple as a gun or a sword.

What do you think, shmax?

I dunno. I think that "figures" are 'bots that generally have a faction and sort of represent a character. Parts can still transform, of course, as we have plenty of guns and other bits that have multiple forms. Aren't the components of Devastator just nameless vehicles?
