Add To Collection not working?

When I click on the add to collection button it doesn't seem to do anything. I've turned my adblocker off in Chrome to see if that may have been causing the issue but that didn't seem to help. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue?

Tried adding some stuff to my collection a few minutes ago and it worked perfectly, no issues.
