Spare parts purchase?

Where can we buy spare parts? I tried hasbro but they said we can't order unless it's missing parts from a new set and they need receipt etc...
I'm after a couple of 00179 from the Sentinel Prime set.

I think your best bet would be eBay or the buy/sell/trade section of a LEGO collectors' forum.
