What are these?

I grabbed these at Walmart yesterday. The tags on them all appear to be the same on the back (same UPC) but the fronts have the character name on them. They are vinyl figures, and the copyright stamp on the bottom says 2013. The item # is also the same on all them E2883. There is also a C-015G next to the item number on all 4 that I grabbed.

These were originally available in the SDCC box set.  They were then released again (with some paint changes, date stamps, tag hanger holes) and were available online (BBTS) and at discount stores like Big Lots.

The newest batch of these initially showed up in Canada earlier this year and have been showing up at Walmart along with the G1 reissues.

The 81011 date code is the way to differentiate them from the old ones (81011 = 101st day of 2018 for date of manufacture).
