- fixed issue where the "Date Bought" was initializing to today when adding items to collection

No, it never was supposed to do that. I don't want to default the date bought to anything because we use the collection data to fill in the appraisal data, and I figure the data is more trustworthy if people are explicitly choosing the dates (not everyone bothers to fill in their collection info--they just click "Add to my Collection" and call it done).
