[RESOLVED]Can't upload new images

I'm trying to edit MR-03 Eagle Robo's figure, and it won't let me upload new images... either by dragging onto the upload button or by clicking that button and using the choose file dialog. I tried incognito in Chrome to no avail. This is in Chrome 50.0.2661.102 m on PC. I have not tested other browsers, since I don't use them.

So far I can't reproduce. I tried it on the live site, on my local version of the site, and I even logged in as you and tried it; no luck. What do you mean when you say it won't let you upload new images? Do you mean that the little thumbnail doesn't appear as usual on the modify page, or that something goes wrong after you submit? If the former, do you see anything in the network response at the time you upload the photo?

Okay, great. Can you try it again, this time with your network tab open?

1. right-click anywhere on the page, and select "Inspect Element" (or F12 on PC, Cmd+Opt+I on Mac)
2. Click on "Network" near the top of the section that opened.
3. Upload your photo
4. watch for the new row that appears in the network window, and click on it
5. Note any errors or weirdness

You can also check the "Console" tab of the same window; let me know if you see any red text.

Right, I need to see the response for "add". Click on the row, and you should see a new section pop, with its own set of tabs. Click on "Response"...

I guess I could also just check the logs, but this is more fun.

This morning when I tried it, it actually gave me a 500 server error on the add step. When I click it, the response window says "Failed to load response data"

Please try it again, Spliffy. The 500 error thing was related to memory issues, which I've corrected.
