Kre-O Windcharger

I just got this small Kre-O set:

Because it looks like the guy is Windcharger. Also it helps that when I did a test search here for Kreo Windcharger, this item shows up. I have yet to open it up yet, but is the minifig named at all in the packaging? The name is definately not on the outside.

I saw another one of this type at TRU with what looks like it came with Trailbreaker, but that name isn't on the box anywhere either.

Are there any other instances where a Kre-O set comes with a character that isn't mentioned on the packaging anywhere?

I don't have my sets near me, but if I recall correctly the figures are named inside the instruction booklet.
