How can I see the country?

I noticed this looking at my collection over the weekend. If I sort by least collected:

I can scroll down and end up where it has G2 Inferno showing only 3 people collected it. It is actually the Italian version but it isn't apparent when viewed this way. It may end up being confusing.

If I were to search for Inferno, I can see the countries.

Any ideas?

Oh and yeah I don't know why I have so many items listed as purchased from retail... (they weren't) I'll fix it later.

Fixed, but sort of lamely, for now. I apologize for the less-than-beautiful styling; will try to come up with something prettier when I'm feeling more creative.
