Copyright stamps on Decoys?

I got a decoy in the mail and never really paid attention to the copyright stamps. Do all the US ones have Japanese text on them? I read somewhere that the Japanese ones from the Hero and Destron collection have 2 numbers on them and the US only has 1 number on them. Of the 2 I have out currently they both have Japanese text on them. Is this normal?

Yep, U.S. decoys have Japanese text on them.
