That be Zagapain Altair. A very awesome model kit from an anime. I've never seen the show though. I picked this up from a local comic shop on a whim about two years ago and haven't regretted it since.

My fave toy, definitely the most beautiful one I own:

Henkei! Henkei! Red Alert - I lucked out and managed to get in on TFSource.com's preorder. I was flabbergasted when I saw him going for $80+ on eBay recently, LOL. Don't worry Red, I'll never sell you. You're too pretty up on my shelf.

Another gorgeous toy from Japan:

The metallic red is this really deep crimson - almost a mirror finish. And the non-metallic red paint is so glossy I have to wipe fingerprints off it after I transform him, LOL.

And here's a toy that I know everyone hates, but I love him because he looks like *my* ambulance (I'm an EMT):

An ambulance specialist? Cool! You know, somebody should really go through the database one of these days and make sure that all the ambulances are tagged "ambulance". So far it looks like we have a few dozen tagged as such, but I have to wonder if we've missed some:

By the way, did you take those photos?

Yep. I took them for the TF wiki. I want to try and redo the Takara Animated Ratchet again, his white got kind of washed out.

I collect emergency vehicle Transformers, yes - though really, what drives me bonkers is people calling things which are NOT ambulances 'ambulances' (Movie Ratchet, for example.) I could go through and at least sort out the various fire rigs - someday I want to put up a primer for TF collectors about the differences between trucks, engines, light rescues, heavy rescues, tenders, and ambulances. Of course it doesn't help that many of the transformers are based on completely fictitious fire rig alt modes. :?

Yep, we've learned that it's never as simple as "ambulance", or even "police car". That's why we didn't include those two in our "form" tree, and instead use tags to call 'em out.

I don't know if you're still interested in taking pictures, but I see that you have at least 78 figures that we need photos for. Our guidelines are a little more strict than those of the wiki, but if you don't mind a little challenge we'd sure love to show your work!

I've tried uploading some pictures I have that fit the guidelines (ROTF legends Ratchet - btw, you need a "metallic copper" option on the color scheme tree), but it wouldn't work. Whenever I hit the "submit" it returned an error.

We'll see - I personally prefer a grayish background for figures with lots of white on them, so it'll require a revamping of my set up to get a pure white background.

I would just use "gold" to mean copper. We can't have EVERY color in the world, so sometimes you have to double-up. If you're seeing errors of any kind, please report them immediately! If you're getting an error, please cut 'n paste it--it should be all I need. Otherwise I'll need to know the steps you took, the browser you're using, the music you had playing, etc.

As for white backgrounds, that's only required for the "reference" shot (used for browsing, mainly). You can use any kind of background you like for the gallery shots, though we do still ask that it be in focus, brightly-lit, and all that other good stuff. I know that's not very clear from reading the guidelines--I plan to rewrite them yet again to clear that up.

Here's one of my favorite Decepticons.  I got Overlord several years ago and he's still incredible.

One of my favorites characters...

Loved Prowl on the show and he's one of my favorite toys all around.

Tried to take a "nature-ish type" picture here.

Let's just pretend he's near a river bank or waterfall.

10 minutes on photoshop at 2am and the results are...

I'm not completely happy with it, but what's done is done.
