- fixed issue where part checklist of second (or third or more) collection UI row would be conflicting with the first   (reported and QA work by Tripredacus and Engledogg)

- fix (yet another) issue with the collection UI in which changing the "purchased condition" to loose wasn't causing the parts checklist to disable (reported by Engledogg)

- made the upc hunter page available (only) to logged-in users
