Help Us Build the Database / FJ Optimus Prime Cruiser

Just wanted to do a quick confirm on this topic regarding FJ Optimus Prime - I presume the parts just need to be added like the Trans-scanning series. FJ Op is a snapfit model with a core figure. The parts are removable so pics should be easy (not that I have time for that atm)... my other question was regarding this entry in the toyline tree - there really isn't one. How should I resolve this?

I used to have a "copy" of Photoshop but lost it when I had to reformat my comp due to a nasty little bug. Since then I've been using GIMP and while I personally don't have any problems with it I know it may not be for everyone. GIMP is not the most user friendly piece of software. It also doesn't allow editing of RAW format and while that means nothing to me now it will in the future when I start using a DSLR. *rubs hands together* I have plans.... mwa ha ha!

Whatever the case, YOU can now submit photos that are not up to our usual Reference Photo standards. The guidelines for this are less strict but there are still a few things we'd like see here; -Your subject should be in focus, sharp and clear. Let's face it, no one enjoys Myspace photos!
-Your subject should be well lit. After all, what good is a photo when you can't see what it holds?
-Please use a single color background. There's no need to make Rainbow Bright proud. You can purchase some poster board from a local store for less than $1!
-No camera phone shots please. Camera phones are like shaved cats: never pretty.
-Be mindful of your composition.
-Lastly - Have fun! They're children's toys after all!

Browsing Parts - Some Items classified as Unknown, Destron, Decepticon, Renegade (maybe others) shows up with a G1 Autobot insignia attached while some with the same classification show correctly.

Due to a mis-assembly issue (on all figures) it is entirely impossible to achieve the mode suggested in Hasbro's instructions.

According to that, Takara Tomy's instructions have a different battle mode configuration based on the mis-assembly.
In regards to shooting pics of this mode (Note, this toy is the same in both countries so they both share the same pics):
Should we use the JP version for both Hasbro and Takara? If so, I'm going to need a scan or large photo of the instructions. Should anyone be so inclined as to provide such I would be much obliged.
Should we separate the photo records for these toys because of the transformation difference or should we just include both transformations under the one mode?
If we don't use Takara Tomy's instruction for both toys should I get as close to Hasbro's as I can and call it a day?

Help Us Build the Database / Kre-O Optimus Prime variations, inaccuracies, errors - PLEASE HELP

I've discovered a few color inaccuracies between the Kre-O parts list provided with Optimus Prime and the actual parts themselves. I need someone to verifiy my findings with their parts to make sure I don't have some kind of QC error.
We're talking about the big Prime set.

-Part #00102 is shown on the list as being a white wheel. These are the little wheels that come pre-assembled on the bike FYI. The ones provided in my set are Medium Grey.

-Part #10004 is a 1X1 rounded plate and is shown on the list as Light Grey. The ones in my set are Silver.

I've bought a lot of bulbs from my local grocery store and whatnot and none of them compare to these. Even so, they're not perfect. These things absolutely hate purple and wind up turning that color to an odd blue. The only way to fix this is in post production. Just head into your Hue/Saturation settings and up the hue for blue to 15 or so.
Just thought I'd post this fix because I've seen a lot of pics floating around on various TF sites of Devy and Hercules in light tents and nearly all of them have their purple tinted to blue.

I'm in under 'Edit My Collection' looking at all of my Cybertron Minicon sets and none of the figures show any check marks. If I check them, let it save and then close out or pretty much do anything it does not save and still shows as unchecked.
EDIT: It should be noted that I have not looked at anything else to see if this is happening elsewhere.

1st off, I apologize of this has been covered but I could not find a thread containing said info and the 3rd party addition to records happened in my absence. Last I was here it was just something we were mulling over.
Some third party products don't exactly give their included accessories names. In these cases how are we handling the naming of said parts? Do we just fall back on the system we already have in place?
Where do we draw the line between KO and 3rd party?
